Accommodation
"Lindum" is a spacious, extended end terraced house situated in a quiet lane in the coastal village of Brancaster. It is well equipped and comfortably furnished.
| Downstairs accommodation consists of a through lounge diner, kitchen, utility area and toilet. There is also a second smaller lounge with adjacent shower room. On request, a single 'Z' bed can be put in this room allowing it to be used as a ground floor bedroom for people who have difficulty using the stairs. Patio doors open on to the garden from the lounge dimer. |

The garden is enclosed and there is parking for 3 cars and a small boat. Garden furniture is provided plus a metal table which can be used for disposable BBQ's. |

Lindum has four well decorated bedrooms ( 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms) thereby sleeping 8 people, plus a travel cot for babies. A bedguard for toddlers and a stairgate are also provided. Upstairs there is also a family bathroom with an over bath shower. |

Bed linen is provided for the beds but not the travel cot, please bring your own. Towels are not provided.
The cost of heating is included in the hire
Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome but must remain downstairs and are not allowed to sleep on the chairs. Please bring your own bowls, bedding and towels to wipe paws! Add £20 for each dog.
No smoking indoors.,
Facilities at the property: slimline dishwasher, washing machine/tumble drier, microwave, 2 TVs, one with Free Sat and video, one with built in DVD, radio, hairdryer, fridge, freezer, CD player, bed guard, travel cot, high chair, good selection of books.
A garden shed can also be used to store bikes, beach equipment etc.
